Question: Mammon implied that you tend to reject or disregard most of the things he proposes or suggests. What are the most common reasons for this?
Not a lot has been proposed/suggested, so the jury is still out on that. He's done far more than we've discussed and not done.
Across all the folks I've worked with on the games, however, the reason for not going with ideas would be things I think would detract from gameplay (example: random one-hit kills at any time), or things I think wouldn't help gameplay and should be back-burner'd until the needed stuff is done.
more than just a sentence or a snarky comment.
I don't think I've made snarky comments about people's ideas.
what plans do you have? what changes are you interested in making?
It's an incremental thing. It's been six years since Hell Rising was 'launched' and there's no overall "the game is done, now" plan for the future. It's a matter of trying to provide something fun for people to play and building onto it without making a mess. Hopefully.
what changes are you against? and why?
I'm mostly against things that overcomplicate without adding much/any fun for people. Like if we had to keep track of how clean guns were and people had to clean them routinely or they'd misfire and cause you damage. Lots of new information to track, and not fun for anyone.
Question: Is HR coffeebreak or hardcore?
And what plans are there for end game sort of stuff?
Hell Rising is however people want to play it.

Also, what end game? Since Hell Rising is a web site, I'd imagine it has no more of an 'end' than a social site or forum.
