Title: Stuck in Twilight City

I was wondering if you could fix it so the folks still stuck in Twilight could get to Serling ?  Bootsy I know is stuck, apparently he doesn't gain AP so can't stand or something like that and no I don't know why he hasn't asked himself.  :grave:

I swear there's a button that says, "Go to Serling" and it doesn't require AP or for you to be alive.

Ah, I see what the problem is with it. It should be fixed.
