 Hello,the ingame chat didn't seem friendly Or helpful    How do I load a gun? Or can a vampire use a gun? & what about stray dogs? Can they be tamed or something?

Vampires cannot use guns. If you're a human the gun would have a reload button next to it. You would need to have the ammunition too. Stray dogs cannot be tamed as far as I know.

You can't tame the stray dogs, They were just added, so we don't know what they do.

Whether or not the in-game chat is friendly is entirely dependent on whoever happens to be on at the time.
