Not able to store items in weapons harness or backpack.

It seems that I've recently been unable to store items in my Backpack and Weapon Harness--not sure about Organ Cooler or Lazarix Case as I haven't had a chance to test them yet. Any thoughts on why? As far as I know, I haven't done much different lately so I am unsure why they are not working now. Any items that I take out, I can't put back in my packs either.

Meh, containers bug out sometimes for whatever reason.

What is the process by which this happens?

IE: Do you open harness, take out items, close it, re-open it, and can't put them back -- or is it like open, take out, immediately can't put back?

I figured it out. My second organ cooler was open which is why I couldn't store stuff in my other bags. It wasn't immediately obvious to me since it had zero items in it.
